Inspired by the abundance of fresh local & seasonal ingredients, owner Roger Gillespie combines this local focus with his passion for Mediterranean flavors.

Hand made products such as the smoked duck ham and fresh-made corned beef are highlights of the restaurant's menu which changes at least monthly in order to take advantage of the seasonal bounty. Primarily Italian and French influences at times sneak into Spanish as well but are always as locally sourced as possible.

As a Sommelier, Roger assures that the wine list is ever-changing, carefully chosen to suit specific dishes and is as local as the cuisine.

The restaurant consists of 20 seats, warm drop-lighting and a gorgeous, locally made concrete bar-top where guests can kibitz back and forth with Roger and watch him prepare their food.
